Standards Committee (Consideration and Hearing) Sub-Committee (2010/2011)

Terms of Reference

To consider investigation reports in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 17 of the Standards Committee (England) Regulations 2008, or any amending or superseding legislation, and to make an appropriate finding; to conduct local hearings under Regulation 18 of the Standards Committee (England) Regulations 2008, or any amending or superseding legislation and to make an appropriate finding; to impose any one of or any combination of sanctions that are available to a Standards Committee, in appropriate circumstances; and to deal with any matters relating to the pre-hearing process and post-hearing process that are relevant to the Sub-Committee.
