Employment Appeals Panel (2008/2009)

Terms of Reference

The Council appoints an Employment Appeals Panel to deal with employee relations matters including, appeals against dismissal, disputes under the Grievance Procedure, appeals against decisions to refuse personal applications for re-grading and complaints of alleged harassment under the Harassment Complaints Procedure.
