Leader Cabinet Advisory Team (2005/2006)

Terms of Reference

The Leader acting individually, has the responsibility for determining matters which fall within his portfolio. The Leader will take decisions in the public arena (except where exempt or confidential information is involved) and he will do this formally at a Cabinet Advisory Team. Other members such as the Chair of the Scrutiny Management Board and named opposition representatives may also attend and express their views but it is stressed that only the Leader is responsible for taking the decision, no one else.
