Scrutiny Management Board (2004/2005)
Terms of Reference
The Council appoints a co-ordinating scrutiny panel called the Scrutiny Management Board. The remit of this Board is to approve the Annual Scrutiny Work Programme, including those of other scrutiny panels; to retain or determine which panel will assume responsibility for any particular issue; to have the powers of overview and scrutiny in relation to Health Authority and associated matters; complaints handling and Ombudsman investigations; matters not within the remit of any other scrutiny panel.
