To edit an External Link
You can edit External Link information listed on the External Links screen using CMIS tools. Click on the live link Edit next to the External Link information you want to amend and the External Links screen will then display editing boxes for that item:
| • | Point and click with the mouse on the Title box and amend the information displayed as required |
| • | Tab to or point and click on the Description box and amend the information displayed as required |
| • | Tab to or point and click on the Link box and amend the information displayed as required |
| • | Click the live link Save to amend the information on the venue list |
| • | Or click the live link Cancel to discard the edits and return to the venues list |
When you save amended information, the External Links screen will display the amended information and a confirmation message.
